Mind under matter and Spirit

Note: do not take the absents of a new blog as apathy on my behalf, I was simply a little busy/sick and I don’t want to put froth half baked and rushed effort. P.s. I have one saved at home that I can’t get to now so I should be posting another blog real soon.(thought I was ganna post this before "Carzy Night"

This past week I was living under the motto mind over matter, making it a long weak. Sometimes it is unhealthy to continual trick yourself into thinking you feeling fine when you are not. Causing the illness to be prolonged, lasting longer then it would have originally if you just coincided to the illness in the first place. The same holds true with your spiritual health. The sooner you admit something in your life is being cancers to your walk, the sooner you can work on that aspect of your life, to grow in you relationship with Him.

Ignoring a spiritual downfall is both expected and practiced often. This doesn’t mean it is normal, or what is suppose to happen. The act of ignoring an illness in your spiritual life, comes in a verity of forms, and unique ways due to circumstances. When are you hurting your walk? If God would pop in to chill with you and you would be ashamed, then you shouldn’t be doing that. The cliché it’s easier said then done has never been more true. God loves us so much He wants us to walk right beside Him all the time, so he wouldn’t enjoy any time you are not perfect. So I insist on you to thrive for the impossible act of perfection, you will never reach perfection but the more and harder you try the closer you will become to the impossible.

A common misconception, if most people are doing it then it must be ok. Just because you’re at the party and everyone else is drinking, doesn’t mean you have to drink. I am not going to tell you what God wants, the truth is no one truly knows what He wants for someone else, but you have to ask yourself, What would Jesus Do? As I said early you can trick people make them believe you think your in the right but, if you truly think and really see what He wants, then I can only pray you are honest with yourself, because you are not tricking Him. Is this short life on earth worth sacrificing the everlasting life after this?

  1. I haven't read your blog in a couple of weeks, so I enjoyed catching up this morning. But I must know what happened on "Crazy Night...the Finale" or "Part 2" or "the Conclusion"...you can't leave me hanging.

We look forward to seeing you soon...perhaps dinner at the Jones' home this week? Check your schedule.
